Please take a look at our hours of operation so you are aware of our shipping time limitations. Once your order is complete, we can generally ship it within 24 hours (except holidays, weekends). Our apologies that during the winter holidays and special sale events, it can take a little longer. Shipping rates are available upon checkout. IHC uses USPS and Fed Ex as our major carriers. Insurance against loss, damage and rifling is included in all shipping rates within the U.S. See below for insurance claim information. Delivery times will vary by location and method of shipping you select. Some orders will require signature confirmation upon delivery. For more information on this, please contact us. All orders containing fragrances, nail enamels, or pressurized packaging are restricted to Fed Ex Ground Service only and are only shipped to the lower 48 US states. No international shipping on those items.
IHC ships worldwide (however not to every country). Among others, we do not ship to is Italy, Turkey, Malaysia, Thailand, Entire continent of Africa, Entire continent of South America except Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Mexico and more.

First Class international is an extremely economical way to ship your order! Rates start at $13.95. Please note that USPS First Class is an economy service and as such, parcel transit time will run longer than USPS Priority and All Fed Ex shipping options.
NOTE: USPS First Class International is NOT insurable for loss or damage. You are selecting this service at your own risk of loss or damage. We do NOT replace, refund or reship any orders that are lost or damaged when USPS First Class International is selected.
Delivery times are impossible to calculate due to customs involvement. Most European countries will be approximately 2-4 weeks with any USPS service except Express. Most countries in Asia will run 2-4 weeks with any USPS service except Express. Shipments to Brazil take 8-12 weeks with any USPS service except Express (we recommend only EXPRESS Service to South America). Shipments to Canada take 2-3 weeks with any USPS service except Express. Shipments to Australia take 2-3 weeks with any USPS service except Express (we recommend only Fed Ex to Australia). Shipments to France and Spain are shipped using USPS Express only and will take 7-14 days for delivery.
Our shipping rates are based on weight, not total value of purchase. Therefore, you will need to go through the checkout process to get your shipping fee. All shipping rates are given PRIOR to paying. We highly recommend Fed Ex Service to all international destinations as delivery times will be cut in half using this method. Express mail service and Fed Ex Service will provide complete tracking to your door. First Class and Priority USPS service is available to only a select group of countries due to the safety of these forms of shipping. First Class international mail and Priority international mail have NO TRACKING services.
Insurance is available on FED EX Services, DHL Services and USPS Express service ONLY. If you wish to have your parcel insured, you must select FED EX Service, DHL Service OR USPS Express Service AND request optional insurance. If insurance is not requested, international parcels are NOT covered for loss or damage of any kind. To request the insurance, you must email us immediately following your order with INSURANCE REQUEST in the subject line of the email. We will gladly cover the cost of the insurance too!
Please understand purchasing from our site and using the FED EX and USPS Express methods and not requesting insurance is a risk you take as a buyer. If you choose to take this risk of not insuring your parcel and it becomes lost or damaged, there is nothing we can do to recover your funds or order. Purchasing from our site is an agreement to this term. CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL US BUYERS:
To file a claim for loss or damage of your parcel, you must email us all information including order number within 15 days of order date. Claims will not be accepted after 15 days from order date. We process claims for loss/damage with USPS after 30 days from date of shipment. Please note that ALL claims for loss/damage of parcel/products will have a minimum 30 day wait period before we can process your claim. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on USPS claim processing time. We may require additional information from you to accept your claim including photographic evidence of damage in shipping. When using Fed Ex shipping options: if a parcel is returned to us for any reason when any Fed Ex option has been selected, Fed Ex will charge a return parcel fee that will be passed on to you via a reduction to your orders return total.
CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
To file a claim for loss or damage of your parcel, you MUST HAVE PURCHASED USPS EXPRESS OR FED EX SERVICE. NO OTHER METHOD CAN BE CLAIMED. You must email us all information including order number within 20 days of order date. Claims will not be accepted after 20 days from order date. Claims are processed with USPS after 21 days from date of shipment for most countries. Select countries claim time is up to 90 days from shipment date. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on USPS claim processing time. Again, if you have not requested insurance on your FED EX, DHL or USPS EXPRESS parcel at the time you place your order, you can not file a claim with us. When using Fed Ex or DHL shipping options: if a parcel is returned to us for any reason when any Fed Ex or DHL option has been selected, Fed Ex/DHL will charge a return parcel fee that will be passed on to you via a reduction to your orders return total.
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, fragrance, nail polish etc.) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments we require Fed Ex Ground shipping. These items can not be shipped outside the US or to Alaska and Hawaii.
Fed Ex & DHL shipping option Warning:
When using Fed Ex shipping options: if a parcel is returned to us for any reason when any Fed Ex/DHL option has been selected, Fed Ex/DHL charges a return parcel fee that will be passed on to you via a reduction to your orders return total. This fee is generally your initial shipping fee charged again. Reasons for returned parcel may include - unclaimed parcel, signature confirmation needed and no one to sign, insufficient address, missing address information (including apt/suite #), PO Box address given, etc.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS CUSTOMS: Please note that it is your responsibility as the importer to know what can and can not be imported into your country. If an order gets pulled by customs due to restricted/prohibited products, incorrect customs labeling, insufficient labeling or any other compliance issue, IHC will not be able to assist you in recovering/releasing your order. All detailed product information like Country of Origin, Manufacturer name and address, Packaging details including images and further compliance details are not provided by IHC. This information must be provided to your customs department at your discretion and is solely your responsibility. For larger orders especially, we suggest you contact us before you place an order as we can accommodate your preparing your own shipping and customs compliance information. IHC does not pay any customs duties/taxes or fees.
